For the longest time, I thought the goal was to eliminate risk.

But project management taught me something different. Risk isn’t the enemy, being blindsided is.

Good PMs name risks, prepare for them, and choose which ones are worth taking.

When I started doing the same in business, I stopped fearing risk and started managing it.

5. Consistency Builds Trust

Ideas excite people. But it’s consistency that keeps them with you.

Project managers earn trust by delivering, quietly, steadily, again and again. Entrepreneurs build trust the same way. Not with big pitches, but with promises kept.
